Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • UK & Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Split Shipments

To ensure quicker delivery, items in the same order may be shipped separately if they come from different fulfillment centers. Don’t worry—your tracking info will reflect all packages.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

While we aim to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing, weather events).
