Q: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your favorite items, choose the size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” When you're ready, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders shortly after they're placed, so changes or cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Please email us at tei@noboundaries.studio as soon as possible.

Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
Q: Why did I receive only part of my order?
Some items may be shipped separately to get your products to you faster. Don’t worry—your remaining items are on the way!

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend comparing the measurements to one of your favorite-fitting items at home.
Q: Do your products run true to size?
Yes, most of our items fit true to size. If you prefer a looser or oversized fit, consider ordering one size up.
Q: What materials are your products made from?
Our products are made from high-quality, comfortable fabrics such as cotton, polyester, and blends, designed for everyday wear on and off the course.
